At AnytimeCatering we provide catering services based on your needs. We understand every client is different, and assist you with creating your desired dining experience. We also offer set menus for a variety of events and budgets if you are looking for a seamless selection. We usually cater to a certain level of formality as a seated fine dining experience with excellent service, however we are flexible enough and we can even do informal dining experience with platters drop off. We are ready to make your event memorable, work with your requirements and level of personalization.
AnytimeCatering is composed of chefs and food and beverage staff with over 20+ years experience in the industry. Our staff understand service and dining on all levels of formality and are able to deliver a wide variety of cuisine. We put an equal amount of attention into every catering service and ensure a high standard is delivered regardless of how big or small your requirements are. We understand the importance of creating memories and personal experiences and work to the best of our ability to enhance your event.

Our Team
Marco Lotrecchiano
Marco is an experienced Italian chef that started working in the kitchen as a teenager. He specialized in the culinary arts and received a diploma in Hospitality and management while completing apprenticeships under world renowned chefs.
He has worked in Michelin star restaurants in London, Italy and Switzerland, and has worked at various high caliber restaurants across Australia; ranging from casual gourmet to refined upmarket cuisine.
Chef Marco has also worked as a private chef on Superyachts ranging from 40m to 120m. From his yachting experience he has gained the ability to create personalized menus for private and silver service dining experiences.
He can work with any dietary requirements ranging from vegan, gluten free, and kosher. Chef Marco has the required knowledge to create personalized catering experiences that suit any requests, from premium fine dining to budget friendly high quality food.
